Role Overview

Due to continued growth, Mezz One is looking for an experienced and motivated Mezzanine Floor Fabricator to join our production team. This role is key to ensuring our steel structures are manufactured to the highest standards, ready for seamless installation on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble mezzanine floor steelwork in line with Mezz One specifications
• Accurately interpret engineering drawings and technical plans
• Cut, drill, and prepare structural steel components
• Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure project accuracy
• Prepare completed components for delivery and installation
• Adhere to all company health & safety procedures

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in structural steel fabrication or similar
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using fabrication machinery and hand tools
• Good understanding of health & safety in a workshop environment

Desirable

• Fabrication or engineering-related qualifications
• Experience within the mezzanine flooring or construction industry
• Forklift operation certification
